Withdrawal Requests Depend on Valid Bet and Turnover Conditions
A withdrawal needs valid bets, meaning bets that have settled rather than ones still pending, equal to the full deposit amount, plus whatever turnover a claimed promotion adds on top. Only one withdrawal request may be open at a time, and the name on the withdrawal account must match the name used at registration. A bank card set up for withdrawal cannot be edited once submitted, up to a maximum of two cards per account, and one bank account can only be linked to a single player.
What Anti-Abuse Rules Apply to Promotions?
Every promotion requires an account playing through the official app, and a claim tied to an account sharing the same IP address, device, name, bank account or phone number as another account may be rejected. Wagering typically runs 1x on a bonus before it can be withdrawn, though some events raise this to 3x the deposit amount or more.
